BBC Learning English has a series of stories for English language learners to improve their English with retellings of stories. Each episode is between 6 and 10 minutes long. The transcript is also provided so you can listen to them at the same time that you read them, giving you the chance to look up the new words you don't know apart from improving your vocabulary as well as you listening skills. Remember that listening means learning!
